Not meant for inflight use.
You can't eat with a comm/0xygen mask on, that luxury died when jets were invented. Heli pilots probably still get to sneak a snack break.

I grabbed one from rufriend, it took a while to get here but arrived in perfect shape. This thing is huge. 3 pics:
Most Russian rations contain close to the same items, but this one interested me, I think he has one left for purchase.
