WTB: C-Ration or MCI with Cigs

Greetings everyone,

I'm looking to buy a c-ration or MCI with cigarettes. If no one is willing to part ways with an entire ration, I am willing to buy just an accessory packet with cigs if anyone has an extra one of those laying around.
