Same for their field caps.....very characteristic design for over 60+ years now.

Great video. You gotta love the music they put in to it --- The "Pink Panther" and "Hawaii Five-0" themes!

Or the "Fritz helmet" of the US-Army (PASGT) , issued in 1983.
Also a copy of the German Wehrmachtsstahlhelm...

If they just spoke a little slower and with a little bit less of an accent I probably could have understood better than 50% of that, obst und gemuse, fruhstuck, etc, early chapters in the book! Pretty nifty though, is the fruit salad in the EPA any good?

Hallo BigMark,

first of all I´m glad to hear that you watched it (and remember some words :D )

I like the Obstsalat. He is not this colorfull as you may know it from regular canned fruit salad.

But that is why the EPa stuff has an unlimited shelf life. The food is "boiled down" like the grandma did it 100 years ago.

Image

All other contains some chemical stuff to keep the color of the fruits. If you boil down some fruits in a glas, almost everything turn "grey". Thats the way the Obstsalat looks like. (for the next 100, edible years...)
