Newbie here

Post by divinebovine26 »

Hi everyone! My name is Heather and I am brand spanking new to not only the forum but MRE's in general. A friend showed me videos on YouTube and I was hooked. The scientist in me is fascinated by the technology that goes into the preparation of military rations. I love seeing all the vintage rations too! I am hoping to get into some aspect of food science after I graduate in May.

All the best, Gents.

- I'm also making videos mainly for my own enjoyment, but hey, maybe you might want to check them out: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4-9gp ... C1dSyPX0w/

Hi Heather. I'm a newbie here too. I'm in the food/service industry and am always fascinated by food preservation and storage too. Have you looked astronaut foods from the NASA Space Food Systems Laboratory?
