If you want a birthday cake MRE, I would suggest going to https://mrenation.com/search?type=product&q=TRAY
They have massive tray cakes that are served to large squads when a regular kitchen isnt around and they cant use MREs
Check out my ORP menu spreadsheet: https://bit.ly/2NqUFRX | I have: | British 24HR Box Rations | French RCIRs | Type I EPA |Danish Rations

Hahaha

Can I put birthday balloons in the hole to make it more festive? I'll set up the sprinkler to simulate the rain.

I wonder if there is a birthday cake mre...
It's a civilian component but MRE Nation has a Cream Frosting MRE component that can be put on any of the individual cakes. The also have several US T-rats/UGR cake rations that are large and serve 16-20. I just had the chocolate with cherry topping and it's delicious. They generally come with a frosting or topping.
