Mmmm I seem to remember shipping some things there and getting things in return LOL... I will be there Friday as well with a few things myself. Maybe we can do some trades in person and save on shipping.

Bob tells me he's heard of at least 8 more so it's looking like 30+ at this point.

Also, from speaking with Bob, it sounds like we have an awesome Saturday shaping up...everything is happening across the street from the Hampton Inn in their facility - Build-your-own MRE, talks, trading, etc.

And since most of us seem to be getting in on Friday afternoon/evening, I'm sure we'll arrange some informal get-together either in the Hampton Inn lobby or outside area that night...as well on Saturday.

Hello everyone. I’ve been on radio silence for a while about committing to the meet-up. Sorry about that. It’s something that I REALLY, REALLY want to do, but there have simply been too many complications to make it easy to pull the trigger. I may or may not have a family commitment that weekend, so haven’t been able to secure plane tickets or a hotel reservation. And now I’m in Spain, and not even getting back to the states until Aug 12. I’d still LOVE to go, but pretty much need to continue to be counted as a “maybe” at this point. Sorry.

I am hoping someone (maybe several people?) will be filming at the event so everyone who can’t be there can get a feel for it an idea of all that’s going on. I know oldsmokey’s The king of live-streams, so maybe he’ll be doing his thing?
