do you think that's a 99 or an 09? I will send him a message to see if he will send internationally - it says he doesn't on eBay so I'm not too hopeful

I saw he had one as an open box item with the 9 date stamp a while back and it had the tan packaging. I know in the mid 90s it had the dark green.... so possibly 2009. Not 100% sure when they made that switch.
