Mil rations don´t have an expiration date, just a date of prodcution. It´s the four digit number "7313" => https://www.mreinfo.com/mres/mre-date-converter/

Housil,

Thanks for you reply. Ok, I found that this one is manufactured at November 9, 2017. So how long it can stay and be eaten?

Hard to find info about these rations.

The first digit says the year, so the "7" can be "2017", but also "2007"! The trays changed from metal to polymer ~ 2002. So yours it´s either 1 or 11 years old.

According to the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine,
http://www.usariem.army.mil/nutri/2start.htm

Shelf life (the length of time that rations can be stored without losing nutritional value, wholesomeness and quality) varies from ration to ration, but generally it is a minimum of 3 years at 80°F/27°C, or 6 months at 100°F/38°C.
They don´t differentiate Group Feeding (A-, B-, and T-rations) Individual (MREs) Ration Restricted (e.g. LRP) Ration Specialty Ration (e.g. RCW), they just say "rations"

So the shelf live depends to the storage condition.
