I have several of just the main entree with a 9 date code, I'll have to check how many.I'll send them to you for the cost of shipping, because I HATE mushrooms!

I'll need to check the menu list again but I don't remember seeing that menu. I had case A and B. The beefsteak menu 1 I think it was turned into beef with mushrooms at some point.
