PM sits in Outbox

PM sits in Outbox

Hey guys I noticed that my PMs sit in the outbox for a while. Are they checked by an admin and then approved for sending or something? Just curious. Thanks guys!!!

It stays in your outbox until the person you sent it to reads it.
