Found this Canadian Ration

Not sure what this is exactly but looks kinda like a lifeboat ration or flight ration. at $45, I have no plans to buy it. But wouldn't mind knowing what it is. production date 30th day of 1945?

It's a WW2 Royal Canadian Navy survival ration. And yes most of the ones you'll find will be from 1945.
