What do you guys think....edible? I can't find much info on actual shelf life in real world conditions.
I have a bunch of 2007 T-rats that have been stored from 50- 65deg since 08. I've eaten several MREs from the same time and storage, and they have been fine, other than some bad raisins.

These actually MIGHT be edible because you stored them in a cool place. Well at least speaking for the spaghetti and meatballs one. In my experience the taste deteriorates in these after about 3 years though. As someone who ate a bunch of these back around '07 in my opinion they taste kinda not to good to begin with, so add on 11 years to that and you have, well yuk!

The UGR-H&S option has a minimum shelf life of 18 months at 80 degrees F.

Should be good to go given the storage conditions. Use your senses though, looks or smells off it probably is.

**Update**
Thanks guys, I went ahead and gave one a try. It was perfectly fine, maybe a touch dry, but good.
