Is this Chinese Navy MRE?

Hello eveyone,

I just get this MRE for some bucks but I'm not sure if this is real army ration or just a civilian one for sale. Can anyone verify this? It looks like KT-07 ration, but with a bit different package

Probably, this is the ration of the China Navy.
This ration exists ten years or more before.
According to the label, it's produced by Quartermaster of the China Navy.

i would say militar, although by the looks it looks more like the comercial rations, if you look the back, there are no ingredient lists, no info about who did it and all the stuff you would see with any product that was comercial...
