UN Ration design change

I have gotten 3 new UN rations in yesterday with an BBD of Jan/19 and noticed that they are Tan instead of the old green bag.
Seems like they noticed that having a tan bag in the desert of mali is better camouflage than a bright green one,
Also they put an Disclaimer on the front of the bag, stating resale is unlawful and that its only to be consumed by UN personnel.

It's not new design we had them two years ago

I thought you where here when Hungarian got Western tan UN rations... about the same time we got Halal versions... and there is Hindu and Vegetarian menues also tan and green
