I wish I could find some of those eggs to add to my supplies. How do you find such great stuff? Inquiring minds want to know. :D

Unless it has to be in USGI packaging, dehydrated egg powder can be easily found at many stores that focus on food storage items. For local resources you might want to check with members of your local Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon). Additionally, freeze dried eggs can be found in pouch or #10 can retail packaging from companies like Mountain House.

To accompany the eggs, you can also find cheese powder from many of the food storage places, or in packaged form from restaurant supply stores. The canned Kraft cheese from Australia that you see on some of the web sites can be found in some Asian stores, particularly those that cater to a Filipino market for less than $3 (less than most of the web sites.)

Umm... not really, but they'll do in a situation where fresh eggs aren't available or cannot be stored safely. :)

Thanks for the link; but, I cannot read most of it. I'll keep watching for the Mountain House stuff in #10 cans.

Lifesaver, if you ever need it, babelfish is works pretty good for translating web site - just put in the URL, select "German to English" and go!
