1989 RCW case
1989 RCW case
Edit: updated to RCW
Stumbled on this tonight by chance... Case of RCWs erroneously listed as 1972. As you can see this is a case from 1989. At 700 bucks, but it is a full case.

Re: 1989 MCW case
Those aren't MCW's, they are RCW's. A LOT different and a lot better.lnschnei wrote:Stumbled on this tonight by chance... Case of MCWs erroneously listed as 1972. As you can see this is a case from 1989. At 700 bucks, but it is a full case.

Wow, that is crazy pricing! But for those who bid, these are indeed super rare now and there is a VERY good chance that these are good, however take note that it looks like the case might have seen some contact with water at one point.

I had Menu 1A and 1B that had Fruit soup, did a video on it and had the pleasure of eating it.........FANTASTIC, i posted the video in the MRE Video review section if you want to watch. It truly was a fantastic treat to a ration.lnschnei wrote:I really would like to try that fruit soup.... that looks delicious.cavguy wrote:Wow, that is crazy pricing! Re: 1989 RCW case
Whoever the winner/highest bidder is, I'm confident that they will make sure to review and document those rations. I had a few 1989 RCWs myself and they were pretty good, but in all honesty I wouldn't spend too much time and money trying to get one. The new MCWs are pretty tasty and exciting too, so if you're really in the market for some of the freeze dried rations, I think your efforts are best directed at getting a new case. https://www.ebay.com/itm/FREE-SHIPPING- ... I'd also like to mention that your chances of getting food poisoning are greatly reduced.

Let’s just say it’s going to good hands.
