The last batch run that I know of was in May of 2016. So I am sure they are out there.

They pop up on ebay every once in awhile. Just keep checking back. They are definitely still producing them, just not in the quantities they do with MREs.

I recommend staying away from the Ameriqual ones. All 6 menus in the 2010 production HDRs are nearly identical and the items in them are pretty unexciting. I'd try to find a Wornick branded one if I were you.
