French 24hr Ration Info?

My girlfriend and I have been looking at what sort of rations we'd like to someday do a review on and from video reviews the French rations so far look the best. I'm curious if anyone has any info on their experiences with them? Are they really the best tasting rations overall, or is there one you like better?

I will admit that French rations are pretty good. Personally though, I prefer the Canadian and Norwegian to any others. Third favorite is the British ORP.

It always depends to what you like.
I can´t stand hot/spicy food so I don´t like certain MREs other love!
French Entrees are really good - to me. They have a nice menu like rabbit, paella or salmon.

All of the French menus have been great. Keep in mind the Ostrich has been discontinued, and most of the menus have changed. Hope you like Kebab meat balls and beef with carrots !

2016 may be the last year of the ostrich.

The ones I have now made in 2017 are all kebab with meatballs #1, BBD 2019 and 2020.

There is many menu changes. I have menus from 2019 and 2020. #1 is now:

Tuna with Potatoes
Chicken Pate

taken directly from my cases. Maybe it will come back at some time? I hope it comes back. But I have not seen ostrich in any of the new ones.

Many other menus have changed. I have Menu 14 made just weeks apart, but are different main dishes. One is pork but one is not, but they are not stamped "sans porc".

Housil, which RCIR has rabbit meat? I remember those huge jack-rabbits in Germany and France, but I was told nobody would eat them.
