In connection with 50 years of our National Service our Armed Forces conducted a series of public exhibitions around the island.
Of interest to ration enthusiasts were their display of current field rations which we use.
Of very special interest is something they are calling a "Special Field Ration" which apparently is issued to Special Forces and etc personnel.
They added a commercial off the shelf freeze-dried entree, an FRH, a commercial energy bar, and they said "Job Done!"
