Any ideas on the year of production? IMP Chinese style beef macaroni, menu 11. I'm vexed :/

EDIT: Since it's a dead post now, I'll ask a couple questions. Has anyone tried this ration? If so whaddya think about it? What's in that brown paper bag lol?
