Russian Emercom IRP new look?

As I unpacked the stuff I bought from Russia I noticed the Emercom IRP doens't look like in the shop or the other Emercom boxes I've seen.
Is this a new design? In fact, it doesn't even say Emercom anywhere on it as far as I can tell.
The production date is September 12th 2016 so it's really fresh and so maybe it's a new design?
The other side of the bag is totally blank. It's just a big blue side, nothing to show.

I see BTemple also received one with the same design as mine, and quite recently too. So I guess this is just the new design, or maybe different manufacturer (OAO on the 4th line on the package)?

Mine was from July 2016. and looked the same. I think it's just different company that makes them because there are few more designs and brands inside.

Aha, yeah you're right.
So it could just be a different manufacturer then like you said.
Btw do you know if there are variants of the emercom IRPs or are they all the same? Maybe they just print the contents on the bag and don't call them "variant 1", "variant 2" etc?

Yes these are the new look for Russian EMERCOM rations. I have one from July of 2016 that looks exactly the same as this one.
