My guess is that the metallic bags contain the main entrées and what I presume to be naan, a common bread in the Middle East. Multiple cans of food are also present in the photo. Also present in the picture are tubes of some sort and another pouch with a utensil in it.
For those who are wondering why Turkey is in Syria:
For a short run down of this: Since the late 1970s, Turkey has fought against the PKK (Left wing Kurdish militants most common found Eastern Turkey) and In 2011 the Syrian Civil War took off. Turkey along with other Middle Eastern Countries back the rebels in the war against Assad. ISIS Later came to power in Iraq and then pushed themselves into Syria, gaining much land along the Turkish boarder but ISIS wasn't the only group along Turkey's South-Eastern boarder. The Kurdish led YPG, along with other groups gained much land along Turkey's boarder with the help of the United States and other anti-ISIS coalition, except Turkey! Turkey views the YPG as the same as the PKK: as a terrorist group! (They both have similar political views) and any attacks against ISIS gives more ground to the YPG. Turkey then decides to help the rebels invade ISIS held territory using armor, artillery and airstrikes to remove ISIS and cut the YPG off from their Efrin canton west of the the dominant YPG position.
It gets much more complicated than that, I recommend looking up on the Syrian Civil War, along with "Euphrates Shield" and the Turkish/PKK Conflict.
Cheers!
EDIT: Upon further research, a Turkish user on Flickr posted pictures of the rations in this photo along with the ingredients!
