I guess I'll go ahead and pull the trigger! Mainly because it's getting harder to find them. The surplusandoutdoors.com is completely sold out, Ebay US has 0 of them listed.
I'm just worried about the size and number of rations, I've never ordered that many before. Even though I know that some of you folks here ordered 10 and more from overseas with zero problems.

What's the worse case scenario? The case will go back to UK? or they seize and destroy it ? (eat it obviously)

These rations do not contain any fuel like MREs so that should not be an issue.
But they contain "food" and any meet (pork, poultry, beef, also dairy ) is prohibited to bring into the US.

They dump it and charge you for
Buy it but consider it as lost so you be happy if you get it even though.

Another words, if they seize the goods, they don't just send you a letter by mail stating that this and that is prohibited to enter the country, instead they send you a fine?

Personally I would be cautious and find out what shipping company they are going to use. The average price of a single British ration is about $50 with shipping and buying bulk will drop the price down considerably, just exercise caution. Are they a company or someone on ebay? If they ship via the post office it should be fine. If they use Pitney Bowes, aka global shipping program, abort immediately. The last time I got an awsome deal it was seized by the shipper Pitney Bowes under some bs reason.

Just someone I found on the internet, not a company. They ship via MyHermes. I'm not familiar with this shipping company, but it's popular in the UK.

Never heard of that shipping company... But they have a bunch of weird named ones in the UK. Worst case, that i have heard - they confiscate your rations. There is another shipping company called Parcel Force that I have used with good luck from stuff coming from the UK.

"Hermes" is a regular company over here like DHL, just a worse service...
https://www.facebook.com/myHermesdelivery/
German Hermes only delivers into EU. Didn´t know the British "My Hermes" also delivers to the USA.

I've had very good luck with Parcel Force as well. I've never had any issues with them.
