Ok I just confirmed with him. 45€ for 4 EPA's shipped to US. I don't see the point of buying one, because the shipping for one will be too high.

Do not try to buy from him if you're in the US. Ebay will not let you pay for the items, because of the way his store is setup. My only option was to cancel the order.

You either have to buy from him outside of the ebay, which could get you banned if ebay finds out or just find another source.
