As I think I mentioned somewhere here, the one time I have seen the APack meals was during the very incident being shown in this photo. the recovery of Hurricane Irene. You can even read the date codes! Appear to be 2009, menu B?? I recall HEMTTs at the airport were filling up the trucks with pallets of these things during the relief effort. Distribution centers got them and handed them out as fast as they could move them.
