The meatballs had a nice texture, a great "meatballs" taste and the sauce was similar like a spaghetti sauce to me . Not hot/spicy

I remember the "au gratin" potatos from earlier days but these were the bigger surprise to me. They had also a nice texture and the "sauce" and "cheese" taste. I can highly recommend that menu!
Help me with this dish, how do you eat the Tortillas with this? Do you dip them in or do you fill the meatballs in them?
