From the first look over the Items i can see, that they have done over alot of the Design for the Items
For example: the Drink sachets are now pretty much commercial items from MSI, they even added two new Flavors, (now: Exotic, Grapefruit, Lemon and Orange) before: 2x Exotic and 2x Grapefruit
Also they added 4 new Items: 1 Muesli Bar made from Orifo, 1 Hazelnutpudding dessert from Travellunch, 1 Wholegrain Fruitmuesli, and 1 sachet of Instant cappucino
At last, they added the new Hartkekse from MSI, which Housil already made a Topic about

Now for the comparison of the old Grapefruit Beverage to the new one:
Both Beverages need the same amound of water to make, the main difference between both is for one the taste:
-The old one i didnt really like because it is mainly bitter and not really sweet, because they added maltodextrine instead of sugar.
-The New one is abit less bitter and more sweeter
Also as you can see, the new one is very much more colourful
and at last i saw a huge difference in the dissolvementspeed of both, the old one was taking alot more time and effort to dissolve
