Last Friday we went to our mechanic team, to throw a little party. CRO CSO took the meat and the rest was bought on the road, so our mechanic guys needed only to start fire.

We call this "ispod peke" that roughly means under the lid. Common dish here in Croatia and the best food is prepared like this, I mean if you eat a pizza made like this it's double awesomeness then the regular way. Often we cook/barbecue various meat with potatos and other vegetables, or you make bread like this, pizza, and one of the best octopus under the lid or squid. This time we went with lamb and pork meat. When you remove the lid after cookin it looks like this

Also since it was nice occasion I've decided to dig up one of the 70 years old Camels I got from Steve1989, great coincidence was CRO CSO had Zippo 1941 replica to go with the cig. Time travel provided by my friend from Florida :D

Looks like one of a lifetime - and hey, nice smokes Asger! :) How were they? I just had a 1965 Pall Mall about 90 minutes ago. What a treat!

Hey brother great post for all of us to see.
You have to us about your Vehicles and what other sort of interesting gear you carry.
Extra tools, special jacks, Jerry cans, water cans, camp stove, special radiator coolant,?
Example for sleeping do you set up a tarp next to the Truck or a stand alone tent?
One of my dreams is to take a modern Jeep into a US Southwest desert and camp.
