Bob - they're definitely different. Thermostabilized pouch meals, flameless ration heaters, condensed milk, 5 chocolate bars, etc - a higher quality ration than the standard and police IRPs. The two I purchased from onepamop just got here and I hope to do a review on here in the next few weeks. Some pics and contents can be seen here.

Thanks Ruleryak. Those look awesome. We finally made it to my buddies place a couple hours ago and I picked up the Russian, Canadian, and British rations that he was holding for me. Will be shipping a lot out tomorrow, and can't wait to open the others and of course, eat them. Lol. I plan to get some of these one of these days. But right now, I have gone from no international rations to having 14. So long story short, can't get more stuff until these are gone. Lol. At least that's what my wife says.
