Dinner had to be special too so I decided we go to a fancy, French canned restaurant.

"Boeuf Carottes", beef with carrots First glance after opening the can LOT´s of carrots...
I nuked it and Et Viola: I got what looked like a great dish to me.
Nice pieces of carrots, cubed potatos and nice chunks of beef The taste was great, the food had a nice texture, not "slushy" but "al dente" . The beef had a great "beef taste" and was moiste also tender .
I can recommend that place for your next family celebration
