Anybody knows this kind of Ration?

I found this one at ebay, but i've never seen this kind of Combat Ration before and have Problems to identify it. Itś packed by RSI for Economat des Armées. Is it a civil defence Ration of the french army?? Has anyone an idea?

These suppose to be French United Nations rations. We had them here before: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1987&p=36961&
