I agree. If I had had a bowl large enough to hold it all, I'd have done the same. But in my kayak, with only the MRE pouches? Nope.


Raab, For backpacking and canoeing I use these folding microwave Omelet makers. They sell them in the local Grocery store, low priced Made in USA. They work perfect for MREs that have been heated in the pouch. (They clean up easy)
I can get a main entree and side dish on one section and biscuit or fruit on the other

This looks great!
I can see that it looks like it would wipe out with just a splash of water and paper towel... And it also looks like a mess of squeeze condiments, etc. could store inside really easily without squishing.
