I'm curious to see that those fruit candies have spanish writing on, "Dulce de fruta"- "Marca registrada"
Where were they made? Why Spanish? Interesting.

You are welcome! I feel we have come a long way in our military's survival rations here in the US.
I hope it is okay but I would like to show an example here on the same thread of a newer 2010 Survival ration that has been reviewed before but not one this fresh.
Nowadays, they have those General Purpose Food Packet Survivals and here was one I enjoyed on a lavish evening recently. Saved one of the shortbreads for a buddy.
And thank you for your appreciation on my presentations!

- 2010 - from 2008 to 2010, they changed from Oklahoma League for the Blind to Newview Oklahoma.

I would like to get my hands on several of those.
I have some but are the old 90's "tin cans" made here in Oklahoma.
Yes, OKLB changed their name to Newview...

I just looked around, but can't find what I was looking at last week - a case of these current issue general purpose food packets. I know someone's got em though, will update again if I find them again

You're right!
It ended and noone bought the case - if noone else on here wants em' I may ask the guy if he would sell me the whole case for a flat 175 or something.
