Review: Menu 3: Beef Ravioli in meat sauce.

Post by Hair-FIN » Sun Oct 27, 2013 1:53 pm

Hi again!
Let do another review, Beef ravioli in meat sauce.
Image
There is code 1318 in back.
Image
Contents are:
Image
Lets start with all-time classic, crackers with jalopeno cheese spread....
Image
This things never fail, i must admit I didn't eat these this time. Just tasted a little.
Image
Main meal, Beef ravioli in meat sauce
Image
Heated it in a boiling water, didn't want to use the heater.
Taste was good, not much in a spice section but that was expected. Nice still.
Image
Washed them down with Orange drink. Nothing special in that one...
Image
In dessert section we have Oatmeal Block or cookie. Whatever, was oily as hell. Otherwise edible.
I guess they put that in because i heard there is rumours about constipation if you eat Mre:s too much....
One of these bad boys and rectum will sing for sure!

Accessory packet, same than before...

Good review! I've had that particular menu before. It is good even if nothing to brag about. You were probably right about the cheese. I would have err'd on the side of caution as well. I have had some cheese spreads that looked like orange cottage cheese. So it can be worse. Those caffeinated mints have some kick to them.

How did the caffeine candy compare to the Stay Alert in FSRs? Looks more like a mint. Was there a bitter aftertaste? Did it have as many different types of sweeteners as some of the other caffeine items? Like for instance the Stay Alert has sugar, sucralose, aspartame, phenylalanine, dextrose and maltodextrin in order to get over the bitterness of the caffeine.

Hi!
There was no bitter after-taste , taste was like mild tic-tacs.
More candy type than other I think.
