Actually "Wiener Schnitzel" must(!) be made from veal, if it´s made from pork it´s only allowed to be called "Schnitzel, Wiener style". That one with gravy and mushrooms is called "Jäger Schnitzer" (usually not coated) means "Hunter Schnitzel". Don´t ask me why![]()
