Australina Tuna Ration "F"

Post by housil » Sat Jun 30, 2012 7:25 pm

It´s hot and humid over here (95F/35°C) so I made a trip and took an Austrailian tuna with me

Australian Tuna and MRE WSB

very delicious!

This rookie beverage was clogged inside the pouch and the taste was a little bit more bitter than US MRE grape beverage powder

but this was enough for 1 liter (0,91 quart)

Like in good ol´MCI days

Very nice pics housil! You certainly have some beautiful scenery there, it reminds me alot of here in Western Massachusetts. BTW, I'm sorry to go off topic for just a second, but I cannot recall the vehicle type you have in the pic (never thought my memory would be so bad at 47! :( )

Don´t worry

This is a (1986) Volkswagen 183 "Iltis" , the Bundeswehr (German Army) GP offroad car. The Iltis came after the Type 181 "The Thing" and became replaced with the Mercedes G-Wagon.
Volkswagen sold the plans to Canadian Bombardier company so the "Iltis" moved over to Canada to become the "polecat"

So my VW Iltis is technically a "Bombardier".

That´s me and some other guys
