Possibly the 49th day of 2000. 12:10 could be packaging time, HLW is probably the packaging contractor.

The images I was able to google of this entree seem to be the older variant packaging, 2010 is possible though as I believe there were still the transitional 24 hour packs made.

I contacted two companies in the UK..One said it wasnt a date code..They never said what it was..The other said it wasnt there product but if the company that made it uses a code like theres it would be Feb 18 2000...So Cavguy you are probably correct..Thanks for the info and everyone have a good day..or night depending on where you are at in this world..

Cool deal, you should give it a try and let us know if it is still edible! I bet providing it has not been stored in a hot environment for years it will still taste fine.

sorry guys ,i dont think this date is right ,that ration with that packaging is no more than 5 years old.british ration only started putting ingredient label on about 2007-2008. a rigatoni of 2000 would only have a red stripe on the outer film .the maker would also have been wayfarers (westlers) :D

Actually I sent it to the PR contact on Westlers Website. He said he would forward it to the team there as he was with Malton Foods.. They said it was not there Ration. They are the only one I could find that made Spicey Vegetable Rigatoni..Unless he forwarded it to the wrong company...I do not know the background of this ration, so I am not going to risk it..
