Just about the most suspenseful for its time
I'm referring to the classic Richard Widmark movie "The Bedford Incident" (sorry that I have no link to it). Amazing how many folks I've talked to who think it was a true story! Very well acted, cold war suspense with a not-so-happy-ending.

Ive seen it numerous times and it's one of the best Cold War "thrillers" out there!

Yes indeed guys! Just goes to show what can happen when stressed out people get pushed too far.....of course if you gotta go, don't know of a more painless way than that!
