before they changed to round disc.

Thanks norge! Whatever they were I sure hope they tasted better than the "crackers" and hard candy that were issued in civil defense shelters here in America during the 50s and 60s, My uncle was on the civil defense back then and he tasted just about every shelter ration they had-----he'd have rather gone outside and got it over with!
