Yes... but that's only for airmail.. now it's being shipped across the ocean.. giving a "2 week delay" (it's been >5 weeks since I've sent treesuits parcel..)
Sure, someone may one day kill me with my own gun.
But they'll have to beat me to death with it because it's empty.

A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.

If it helps for estimating your shipping time, a package sent to me from Germany recently took 31 days to arrive...but at least it arrived! Previously, it only took 17-21 days. It could be related to the amount of shipments during Christmas season but it probably also has to do with the increased security.

02.12.2010:
Parcel has been pre-alerted
03.12.2010:
Parcel sorted at sorting centre
03.12.2010:
Parcel sent to country of destination

Those are the last updates.. so that might even mean it's still on the foreign shipping depot.. but I hope it's in a ship already.

Here's a better story: one that everybody will get a laugh from.

I sent a pacel to Norge on December 3, it went from my hometown to San Francisco, then onto Australia and not Norway. It got to Australia in about 10 days but if it were not Norge alerting me that the parcel was someplace else I would not have been able to notify my postal folks and get the parcel moving in the right direction after another two weeks in Australian customs. As of last week Norge e-mailed me to say that the parcel finally arrived. And it only took a month.... :? Stuff like this really makes me shake my head in disbelief.

Treesuit, thank you very much. You give me some trust in Romanian Postal Service, my parcel for Norge did only two weeks... I hope his home is large enough for all these parcels.

The only thing I can say is that what Adrian says is true. I had some dealings a while back on ebay and the items I bought came directly from Romani instead of the US.The delivery was fast and easy...

Adrian,
Actually it went pretty smooth. It surprised me though since the seller was from the U.S.
I got some ol' soviet memorabilia that came straight from Romania.....
