I'm totally game. But the cost could be prohibitive. I can probably afford $5000 for the trip total. Possible?

I can't due to financial aspects.. bút if you guys come within 250km, I'll come to visit you guys..
So that's a part of Germany, whole of Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands.. and I might consider going to the UK.
I'd probably be able to supply lunch

Sure, someone may one day kill me with my own gun.
But they'll have to beat me to death with it because it's empty.
A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.

Re: "Discover the Europe" 2008 Tour
I can testify to that, took a while, but we made it back alive
Because we didn't got the last bus to Harsova we had to hitchhike for about 180km (100 miles and a bit)
But we made it, don't ask how, but we made it.. and quite fast (5 hours or so)
Do you know that a 90 liter suitcase fits in the cabin of a minivan, together with 3 grownup people?
I didn't but I do now...
They were also hunting an escaped criminal down, so there were police officers at just about every street corner
And we saw a bunch of real gipsies in the wild
loads of nice broads and cheap beer..
On the first day, Romania seems quite nice. Even a student is a rich guy over here
Tommorow we're sorting the gear out for the SAR training..
I think we' ve overdone ourself with the food.. we' re going 10 days, and we have enough to last a lifetime.. (and beyond)
Together with Treesuits MRE goodies, Housils heaters, my AdventureFood, Dutch military Hexamine and cooking items, swiss items, german items, norwegian ration, etc. I think we' re actually going to survive it for a while..

Behh.. not only Romanians.. but even the mosquitos are politically incorrect. They only draw blood from foreigners

How far are you from the crash site of the IDF sea stallion that came down in joint exercises?
