Is the spelling right? Anyway try it with some tobasco on it. You'll go wild for the sweet and spicy flavor all mixing together. Then at the end you get kicked with a bit of the tobasco flavor.
Hmmm...while I think the cookie and tobasco thing sounds bad, the chili and ice cream sounds interesting for some reason. Maybe a sort of cheesy, beany, meaty ice cream?
