Pork Rib Tray pack
Pork Rib Tray pack
Just opened up one of my BBQ Pork Rib tray packs that I got from that place in Idaho that someone mentioned in a previous post in the for sale section. 3 cases for just over $100 shipped. Pack date of 7356. About 18-20 rib sections per tray. Each fits perfect in a hot dog bun.
I might have to orders some more!

I went and checked, but it looks like the rib tray packs are currently sold out.

Actually I got the ribs here:

But I ordered the Taco Beef Tray thru LLF and was happy with it! I do wish they had more of a selection! It looks like ASW only only has the ribs and cheesy potatoes with ham left.

Hi Desperado, are the pork ribs any good? Ibought some of them and cheese potatoes and ham a while back, wasn't to impressed with them though as they were actually too cheesey and the ham tasted pretty old.

Bigboy,
I love the ribs! So does the wife! We opened another tray 2 days ago. I agree with you on the cheesy potatoes with ham. Not so good there!

I'm curious as to how the shelf life of t-rations compare with the shelf life of MREs, anyone know? As for long term storage food for shtf scenario, I'm thinking that the t-rations would provide a more nutritionally balanced system but they are obviously not packed like MREs.
Re: Pork Rib Tray pack
DSCP lists the shelf life as 18 months @ 80ºF for the UGRs

Then I have to check my mystery meats and gravy trays.....I have them already for almost 4 years @ a controlled temp of 62-65 degrees.
