1 case Long Range Patrol Rations

I have a case of Long Range patrol rations I believe the qty is 40 but not sure as I have not opened it.Some one made me an offer on it but really not sure what its worth. Any help on a reasonable price?
I have one case that was opened it shows Seal Bag Corp Rochester NY, outside of case shows manufacture in 1977.

I am considering ebay for this case and I am taking offers also. origanaly I was going to break this case up and sell them as I have been on ebay ,but now I think it would be a shame to do this as I don't beleive there are many complete cases left around.

For my freind in Norway 150 US dollors is the low offer ( norway money may be alot more than that ,I am not familar with the exchange rate) (US dollars are going down like a sinking ship), the germans have u beat but please look at my 4 ration packs on ebay under seller name mtime7
