My car insurance company does not allow me to drive with a BMW X3 into ANY easter european country - gues why...ak70g2 wrote:@Housil: as Cracker did, I make an invitation for you to come to Romania, when you'll like, to see the things first hand. You're welcome at me.
See, that´s another difference. Calling a "Sinti & Roma" over here a "gypsy" (Zigeuner), you will get in trouble for sure! Minorities can report any "offender" to the authority for an "insult" and you will get punished. Doesn´t metter if he is a gypsy or not. The word "Zigeuner" has a bad heritage as it was a reason during Nazi-Germany for peoples to be sent into concentration camps (KZ) . So calling a Zigeuner a "Zigeuner", the jewish community rises up offening you for using Nazi-terms and offend a minority. They sue you for paying x€ as a penalty. btw. you can´t even call here someone a "jew" or joking like in US-shows about typicall jewish habbits for the same reason...ak70g2 wrote: If is gypsy, I call them gypsy (...)

Here is full of X5, X3, Mercedes ML, Audi Q7 & Q5... We called them "cocalar's cars", the Cocalar being the term for "nouveau riches", with poor background, no education and who want to show his/her money. more about you'll find here:housil wrote:

HAHA, I've seen the same houses in Ukraine, the Ukrainians called them "dom mafiy" (mafia's house)ak70g2 wrote: The Rromanians who you describe (they are NOT Romanians, are Rromanians = gypsy) have their villas 30 km from my home. I saw their big and tasteless houses every weekend, twice, when I go to see my friends in Bucharest.
