That looks similar to some of the meals I've seen in our local grocery store - you add water and sauce mix to noodles and microwave for a while.
I almost picked up some of those on my last store visit but then I saw some new "Hormel Compleats" meals - but these were branded "Chi-Chi's". Chi-Chi's is a faux-Mexican restaurant chain in the US. I haven't seen a real, live Chi-Chi's restaurant in a long time but it looks like their name is still around.
As coincidence would have it, guess what I had for lunch today? You guessed it - a "Savory Garlic Chicken" Chi-Chi's meal:
The food was actually VERY good - one of the best of these types of meals I've had!
i prefer the hormel meals myself, wait till they go for sale at either kroger or walmart (kroger at one time had them on a 10 for $10 special),
normally they seems to run about $2.50, average sales prices is $1.98 or so

I've seen the Betty Crocker Bowl's at my Dollar Tree store for 1.00 a piece. There pretty good but for me and some people you need two to feel satified. That Mexican dish looks pretty darn good, though.
