Maybe 12.5...
A typo...

The Wiesel have a 20mm, not a 120mm cannon

We don´t have a 12.5 caliber at all.

Only the Swiss have the "12,5" I believe.. (.50 cal.. 12,7x99.. but the swiss tend to make up calibers.. like 5,56x45 is 5,6mm.. 12,7x99 is 12,5mm)

But the Wiesel has a 20mm.. I really really reaaally liked those wiesel.. untill I drove in it as passenger..
It's simply to small, the "armor" sounds if it's made from sheet metal.. very very thin.. probably only against lighter rifle calibers.. and it only does 85km/h.. :( but I have to admit.. the firepower to size ratio is really nice, it just looks like a mean machine :D

They have them as 20mm, 25mm(prototype only?), 120mm mortar, TOW missile and ambulance variants..
But.. that ambulance is waaay to small.. I believe it only carries 1 stretcher.. very nice, but probably very ineffective.. :(

The biggest advantage is that you can drop several off these on the battlefield with a C130 hercules.. So the airborne troops/fallschirmjäger truppen have a lot of firepower within a very short period of time "untill the cavalry arrives".. that's also the whole idea of the wiesel..

But they'll have to beat me to death with it because it's empty.

By the way due to the new goverment program to exchange gas guzzlers for new fuel eficient cars there are plenty of those trucks available.
But,here in Oklahoma having a truck is a way of life!!!!!!!!

Trucks are affordable in the US.. they cost a lot around here (to protect the european car industry).. and the gas guzzlers have to pay more tax in the netherlands..

And on the hight of last years giganormous gas price crisis.. we paid €1,715 (peak) per liter in the Netherlands for unleaded 95 octane..I believe the peak in Germany was about €1,55

I like the older chevys, black, with rusted rollbars.. and simply to large wheels (not a monstertruck) but simply the stereotype redneck car  love 'm

But it simply isn't practical to have such a car around here..

1 gallon = 3.785 liter
€1.715 = 2.43 dollar
3.785 litres x $2.43 = $9.19755

So that's almost $9,20 per gallon..

so that's why I'm very very happy with my VW Polo  and the other one with his Ka..
(btw.. that's why we europeans think that americans shouldn't complain about gas prices  )

Btw.. in the US 91 and 93 octane is normal and 102 is considered racing fuel, in the Netherlands is 95 the lowest.. then 98 (for high performance cars) and then shell vpower (about 100 octane.. it's clean burning, better for your engine and that stuff) in Germany they also sell 92 octane for old cars.. (cheapest)

Crude oil costs about the same here as it does there. The price difference is in the taxes. We pay generally less than $0.50 per gallon in taxes.
I would be willing to bet you EU folks pay a lot more...
I have a small Toyota car... and a very big Ford truck (diesel) :D
