			Great idea!
Let´s take the "cat soup" from an early MRE (with freeze dried pork patty), the mustard from a Canadian IMP and the majonese from a 2007 Menue No 10.
So you just have to find a ration that contains the salad components and your cheese burger is made from rations stuff only

I was under the impression that the word "Deluxe" came from the latin "De Luxio." The direct meaning being "From Light," but commonly held to refer to the presence of hot sauce or more specifically Tabasco.

No, Deluxe is Latin, for elegant. In American, it means cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. Darnit, I forgot the pickle and onion.

After the Chicken and the Egg, came the "Omelet"!

Hey! That doesn't look like MRE-issued lettuce and tomato!

Each wheat snack bread has the calories of like 2 hamburger buns, so one of these can probably get you through the whole day.
