Does anyone know how they make a fat free mayonnaise, though? Doesn't seem scientifically possible.

Same question to me how they can make fat free milk?
Milk is an emulsion of what?
Right, water and fat.
What do you get if you remove the fat?
Right, white water called "fat free milk"...




That fat free mayonnese is called fat free but can have less than 0.5grams per serving to be called fat free.
