Great eBay deal on APacks - $25/case shipped

I just ran across this auction - $14.95 for a case of Ameriqual APacks and only $11 shipping for me (shipping to your zip might be higher):

They're from 2006 but for $25/case, this is a great deal - I picked up 4 cases. The auction says he has more than 10 cases available.

That is a great deal, but unfortunately, the guy already sold out when I checked his ebay auction this morning. Good find kman...you paid less than a 1/3 of the regular price per case.

Wow - that was fast. I thought they might be around for a while longer. Keep an eye on his auctions - he's sold APacks like this in large lots before - maybe he'll try to dump some stock again soon.

Just a heads up...looks like this ebay seller is selling more 2006 cases of APack MREs...but now at a higher price of $22.50 (not including shipping)...still not a bad price.

To updated everyone on the condition of these APacks...

I received all the APacks this past Wednesday. They were all in good condition, were from 2006, and were packaged in the white APack bags.

The shipping and processing of my auctions was the best I've ever seen on eBay. As soon as I did the "Buy it Now" on eBay, I paid immediately via PayPal. This was on a Saturday night around 7pm. Then five minutes (!!) after that, I received shipping notifications and UPS tracking numbers from both PayPal and UPS. And by Wednesday, the APacks were sitting on my doorstep.

So that's a definite big thumbs-up for this eBay seller.

I ordered a case at the higher price after I read your post. Very fast shipper and everything was in good condition. I should have purchased several, but my wife says I have too many MREs sitting around now as it is.

thenaztuu...funny thing, my wife says the same thing about my MRE stockpile.

This seems to be a common theme around here:

Me: You can never have enough MREs
Better half: You already have too many MREs!!

The key is to somehow get your wife to start liking MREs and then she won't mind stockpiles of them around too much. Arrange to have an "MRE night" every couple of weeks to get her used to them. Finding a version she likes really helps. An Ameriqual APack that has Spaghetti and Pop Tarts is a perfect combination for us.

I did and since that I have to share all my beloved MREs with the whole family and my basemant need to be guarded...




I allways show her the most expanisiv auction at ebay and tell her, how cheap I got my ones. So I can say we saved a lot of money AND I do it all for them as a good "welfarer" (and hide the most of em somewhere in my "field warehouse" until nobody notice it´s new...)
